Supplemental Instructions

Raindrop Rally 2004

These instructions are supplemental to the Rainier Auto Sports Club Touring Generals.

Classes:

The General Instructions define the classes with the following addition.  Masters SOP class is the same as SOP with the additional requirement that competitors must be classified as Masters class for NWRC events.  Additionally, Masters SOP class competitors are allowed the use of supplemental odometers provided they are not connected to any calculating device.

Time Allowance Requests:

Time Allowances must be requested with a TIME ALLOWANCE REQUEST FORM.  These forms must be submitted at a MTC at or before your control time.

TIME ALLOWANCE REQUEST FORMS must contain the following information to be valid: Car Number, Section, Mileage, and Amount of Time Requested.  The amount of time requested must be one of these amounts (minutes and seconds) 0:30, 1:30, 2:30,
3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, or 9:30.

Incomplete forms will not be honored.

Time Allowances will be applied only for the TSD Section in which the Time Allowance Request was submitted. For example, a Time Allowance submitted for lateness in TSD Section #2 shall only apply to that section and not be valid for the remainder of the rally. Competitors are encouraged to make up lost time in subsequent Transit sections.  If lost time cannot be made up before the next TSD section and you start the TSD late, you must submit another TA for that section."

Only the first six Time Allowance Requests from a car will be granted.  An incomplete form counts as a request.
